VRC (Voice Remote Controller) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the VRC mobile application handles information when you use the app.
VRC does not collect, store, or share personal information such as name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or media files. The app does not require account registration or login.
During device setup, the app may request Wi-Fi SSID and password to configure your VRC hardware device. This information is transmitted locally to your device and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
We use Firebase Crashlytics to improve app stability. Crash reports may include device model, operating system version, app version, and technical diagnostic information. This data does not personally identify users and is used only to fix bugs and improve performance.
The app operates locally between your smartphone and your VRC hardware device. We do not maintain backend servers that store user data.
We do not sell, share, or distribute user data. We do not use advertising SDKs or behavioral tracking technologies.
VRC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data transmitted within your local network.
